FeatureCAM to be Demonstrated at Upcoming Open House
Hosted by Arthur Machinery - October 9-11, 2001
Palm City, FL - ProFORCE Integrated Solutions will be demonstrating FeatureCAM Version 8 during an open house held October 9-11 in the machine showroom at Arthur Machinery, Inc., 5903 Johns Road, Suite 100 in Tampa, Florida. The open house will be from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm each day.
FeatureWIRE, FeatureTURN/MILL, and Catia® Direct Import were recently released with FeatureCAM Version 8. Additional FeatureCAM products include FeatureMILL2.5D, FeatureMILL3D, FeatureTURN, FeatureRECOGNITION, Solid Modeling, Tombstone Machining, and 5-Axis Positioning.
FeatureCAM increases productivity with revolutionary feature-based and knowledge-based technologies. With FeatureCAM, users simply draw or import a part, identify the features, and click simulation. FeatureCAM automatically selects tools, calculates feeds and speeds, determines roughing and finishing operations, generates toolpaths, creates NC code, and provides simulations. With the advantages of automation, FeatureCAM still provides users the power and control to customize their parts by making changes to any aspect of the part program.
FeatureCAM also provides several valuable functions at NO additional cost to the customer. These include feed rate optimization, a vast library of post processors, the ability to create customized post processors and edit existing ones, the ability to import several types of files, an integrated 3D simulation package, materials and tools libraries, and FREE technical support for 60 days.
