FeatureCAM increases productivity with revolutionary feature-based and knowledge-based technologies. With FeatureCAM, users simply draw or import a part, identify the features, and click simulation. FeatureCAM automatically selects tools, calculates feeds and speeds, determines roughing and finishing operations, generates toolpaths, creates NC code, and provides simulations. With the advantages of automation, FeatureCAM still provides users the power and control to customize their parts by making changes to any aspect of the part program.
FeatureCAM also provides several valuable functions at no additional cost to the customer. These include feed rate optimization, a vast library of post processors, the ability to create customized post processors and edit existing ones, the ability to import several types of files, an integrated 3D simulation package, materials and tools libraries, and FREE technical support for 60 days.
 FeatureMILL2.5D.
An advanced 2.5D milling software package that is feature-based (knowledge-based), allowing for unparalleled automation in Computer Aided Manufacturing.
 FeatureMILL3D.
A premier 3D Computer Aided Manufacturing package, FeatureMILL3D offers unparalleled ease of use combined with a powerful set of CAM design tools.
 FeatureTURN.
An advanced turning software package that is feature-based (knowledge-based), allowing for unparalleled automation in Computer Aided Manufacturing.
 FeatureTURN/MILL.
This product combines the features of FeatureTURN and FeatureMILL to support lathes with C and Y-axis milling capabilities.
 FeatureWIRE.
This Product provides programming for 2-axis, 2-axis taper, and full 4-axis wire EDM. It includes support for skim cuts, no-core cutting, and a cutting-conditions database.
 FeatureRECOGNITION.
FeatureRECOGNITION intelligently recognizes features in 3D CAD files. You can import solid (SAT, XMT) files, surface (IGES) files, 3D DWG/DXF files, and native SolidWorks files.
Solid Modeling.
A new optional module for FeatureMILL2.5D and FeatureMILL3D. Solid modeling is now available separately from FeatureMILL3D. |

 5-Axis Positioning.
The new 5-Axis Positioning option makes minimizing fixturing of 2.5D parts a snap for machine shops with a 5-axis machining center. This option supports both horizontal and vertical machine tools.
Catia® (tradename of Dassault Systems) Direct Import.
This option supports direct import of Catia surface and solid models. This eliminates any irregularities that can be introduced in Catia IGES files.
