The DCS provides a wealth of important information regarding activities on the production floor. MMS automatically collects productivity information from the machine tools on your floor. Using this system and the reports it generates, you can see which machines are in production and which are not, both via instantaneous status reports and via historical summary reports. This system also provides valuable feedback to any preventive maintenance program.

Network DNC
Network DNC will allow you to communicate with every CNC machine in your shop in a fast, easy, and user friendly manner. It handles all the standard protocols and most every proprietary one, including Mazak, High Speed Fanuc, Heidenhain, and others.

Touchscreen PC
A full function PC. This device is shop hardened and sealed to NEMA-12 specifications. It comes with a Pentium-based CPU and is available with either a 12.1" or 15" SVGA color LCD touchscreen. 32,000hrs MTBF.

Touchscreen Terminal
A ruggedized industrial touch screen monitor, shop hardened and sealed to NEMA-12 specifications. It offers an ample 15" flat panel color LCD display (equivalent to a 17" CRT monitor) in a compact package less than 2" deep. 30,000hrs MTBF.
